The Kioxia CD8-V Series is a PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD line optimized for mixed-use workloads in data centers. Available in a 2.5" (15 mm) form factor with capacities ranging from 800 GB to 12.8 TB, these drives offer 3 DWPD endurance and use 112-layer BiCS FLASH™ 3D TLC memory. They deliver up to 7,200 MB/s sequential read and up to 6,000 MB/s sequential write, and support the NVMe 1.4 standard.
