All goods purchased in www.superstorage.pl are covered by manufacturer or importer warranty. Seller is not the manufacturer of goods presented in the store. Warranty claims should be reported to the service facility indicated in the attached to the product warranty document under the conditions therein posted. If there is no indications in the warranty, where to ship a defective product, please contact our Technical Service: email@example.com for further assistance.
In the case of acceptance of the complaint by the technical service of the Seller, the shipment must include a proof of purchase and a detailed description of the fault. If you do not provide the documents listed Seller reserves the right to refuse to make a warranty repair.
The customer is obliged to deliver the defective equipment at his own expense to the Sellers service at:

Return of goods purchased via www.superstorage.pl must be submitted by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org. After receiving approval, the returned goods must be delivered to the Seller’s facility at the customer’s expenses. Only in the case of reasonable returns, as a consequence of non-fulfillment of the agreement by the Seller, the cost of delivery in both directions will be covered by the Seller. In the case of acceptance of the return from the Customer's fault, the Seller may charge a handling fee. Seller reserves the right to refuse to accept the return for any reason.
Proper application must include the following information:
- Saales Invoice Number.
- Purchase date,
- Product name,
- Return quantity,
- Receivable Account number
- Reason for the return.
