ASRock Rack Z890D4U is a Micro-ATX server motherboard (244 mm x 244 mm), designed for Intel Core™ Ultra Desktop Processors (Series 2). It supports a single LGA1851 socket.
It features 4 DIMM slots (2DPC), supporting DDR5 non-ECC UDIMM and CUDIMM memory. Expansion includes 1 PCIe 5.0 x16 slot, 1 PCIe 5.0 x4 slot, 2 MCIO ports (1x PCIe 5.0 x8 or 2x PCIe 5.0 x4, 1x 2x PCIe 4.0 x4), 2 M.2 slots (PCIe 4.0 x4), and support for up to 8 SATA 6Gb/s drives. Networking is provided by 2 RJ45 1GbE ports (Intel i210), and remote management is enabled via integrated IPMI. The board supports ATX and 12V DC-IN power input, and includes HDMI and DisplayPort outputs.
